This Privacy Policy explains how Knightdale Gymnastics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit healthandhappinessday.com (the “Site”) or submit our exhibitor interest form.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you fill out the exhibitor interest form, we collect the details you enter — such as your business name and website, your name and job title, email address, phone number, social media handles, and a description of your business. We use this solely to review and coordinate exhibitor participation in Health & Happiness Day.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data through analytics — for example, the pages you view, how you reached the Site, your approximate region, and your device and browser type. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. You can prevent this by adjusting your browser settings to block cookies, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How we use information
- To respond to and coordinate exhibitor inquiries.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the event.
- To understand overall Site usage through aggregated analytics.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and event:
- Netlify — website hosting and processing of form submissions.
- Google — analytics (Google Analytics 4).
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep exhibitor form submissions for as long as needed to plan and run the event, and then delete them when they are no longer required. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings.
Your choices
You can opt out of analytics as described above. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it, email us at dason@knightdalegymnastics.com.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for parents, guardians, and businesses. The exhibitor form is for adult business representatives, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
